Complaints Procedure


Any complaints concerning Jack & Jill Pre-school, if not resolved through informal discussion with staff or committee members, should be submitted, in writing, for consideration at the next management meeting, to which all carers and associate members are invited.


A comprehensive complaints procedure exists in accordance with the regulations and is available on request. A copy can be found on the Pre-school notice broad. Complainants will be notified of the outcome within 21 days. If a complaint remains unresolved it can be referred to OFSTED, (Office for Standards in Education), at the address below.
