Complaints Procedure


We truly welcome suggestions for how we could improve Jack and Jill and we give prompt and serious attention to any concerns and complaints about our setting.


Any complaints concerning Jack & Jill Pre-school, if not resolved through informal discussion with staff or the committee Chair, should be submitted, in writing, following the guidance in our complaints policy.


If a complaint remains unresolved it can be referred to OFSTED, (Office for Standards in Education), at the address below:

The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) can be contacted if you have a complaint about the way your data is being handled and remain dissatisfied after raising your concern with us. For further information about how we handle your data, please refer to the Privacy Notice given to you when you registered your child at our setting.
