The Jack & Jill Pre-school have a fully comprehensive Equal Opportunities Policy, a copy of which is given to every new family and is available on request. The Jack & Jill Pre-school believes that no child or adult should be excluded from the Pre-school's activities, neither separated nor adversely treated at Pre-school, on the grounds of gender, age, sexuality, class, family style or status, means, special needs or disability, colour, ethnic origin, culture, religion or belief.

The building and outdoor play spaces are fully accessible for adults and children with disabilities. There are two child size toilets and sinks and one adult size unisex toilet with wheelchair access, and space for nappy changing.
